Below are first time login instructions for new online banking customers.
New Online Banking Login Instructions Effective March 3, 2015
1. Start by Clicking ‘New User Signup’
Begin by entering your information. Required fields are noted by an asterisk (*).
Answer the Out-of-Wallet Questions
Note: You must receive a score of at least 75% to be allowed to continue with auto enrollment.
Create a Username and Security Code
Note: The security code will be used for the initial set-up. Username and security code must be at least 4 characters long.
Check Your Inbox for the Email Address Previously Provided
Click the hyperlink titled Click this Link and enter your security code.
Enter the Username Previously Selected and Create Your Password
Note: Password must have at least 8 characters including a number, an upper case letter, a lower case letter, and a special character.
Select 3 Security Questions
Note: Security Questions must be at least 4 characters long.
Create a Personal Greeting and Select a Security Image
Note: Personal Greeting must be at least 4 characters long.
Log in to Internet Banking
Verify Email Address
If we do not currently have an email address for you on file, the system will prompt you to enter a valid email address at this time. Your email address may be used for password resets, account alerts, and institution communication.
