Because we believe in the safety of our customers, employees and communities; and because we wish to do our part to eliminate the pread of infectious deseases, like Influenza and Coronavirus; and because we are confident that our electronic services can adequately accommodate the majority of our customers’ needs…

Effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020, all HOMEBANK lobbies will be closed to walk-in visitors until further notice.

If you require personal assistance, we will be here for you. Our drive-up lanes will remain open during normal business hours. Walk-up windows inside our Palmyra, Quincy (12th and Broadway) and Hannibal locations will be open. Staff will be available during normal hours for phone calls or online chat conversations and individual appointments will be arranged. Of course, our ATMs are available 24/7.

To be clear, HOMEBANK is prepared for this. Internally, we have procedures in place to continue business AND protect our employees and customers. WE have invested in products that encourage our customers to bank from the comforts of their own home. We are strong financially. While the stock market may fluctuate, your money is safe at HOMEBANK. There are many things to worry about; your money is not one of them.

Unprecedented circumstances call for unprecedented actions. HOMEBANK is committed to your health and well-being. WE look forward to serving you face-to-face in the very near future.

In the meantime…

  • If you need to deposit cash, please use our drive-up window.
  • If you need to withdraw cash, please us our ATMS or use your debit card at any retail establishment and ask for cash back.
  • If you need to deposit a check, use our Check Capture feature on the HOMEBANK Mobile App to take a photo of it and deposit electronically.
  • If you need to apply for a loan, print paperwork from here, complete it to the best of your ability, and return it through the drive-up window. A lender will be in contact with you.
  • If you need to open an account, start he process by completing the online form here. We will contact you with the steps necessary to complete the process.
  • If you need to transfer money between your accounts, go to your online banking account or the HOMEBANK mobile app.
  • If you need to send money to another person’s account, use our Person-to-Person transfer service, located in the HOMEBANK mobile app.
  • If you need to report a lost/stolen debit or credit card, immediately turn off your card using the mobile app and call the appropriate number listed here.
